More Developements From FSR!

Many more exciting projects are passing through the FSR Shop these days! We've had a recent influx of second generation DSM's both turbo and non turbo, along with Supra's and SC300's looking for everything from tune ups to stand alone tuning and turbo swaps. We are able to offer tranny swaps as well: from auto to manual, 5sp to 6sp, both R154 and V160. We are excited to get back the turbo street-port 13b going into Lenny's FC RX7. Along with it will be a completely custom front end featuring a v-mounted SMax intercooler, Turbosmart BOV, and Haltech enigne management. We are also gearing up for a rear mount turbo setup on a 2001 SS!

SMax, PAS, FSR Collaboration for HIN Feature Car!

We are pleased to announce a new development: We are building the Hot Import Nights feature car! Through our contacts at PAS Magazine and SpeedMax Performance, this project has fallen into our hands. We have just a few days to take a completely stock 2008 Scion from basic to fantastic. Look for a full custom turbo kit, engine management, suspension, body, and interior. We are also working with a studio who will be filming a documentary on the entire project. The teaser is done, so stay tuned for the dramatic full version soon. This isn't reality TV, its simply reality! VIDEO

Dale's 97 VR-4 Goes 11.2@125

Still on the stock td04 turbine housings, stock exhaust manifolds, intake manifold, stock heads/cams, and many other off the shelf parts, we took this car up to Bakersfield to see what it would run. The weather was fantastic, and on the first run out the car ran an 11.2@125. This was on just 22 psi, and we had a lot of room to move. We did a bit of tuning, gave it some power and came off the line on the 2step with anti lag. It just spun all four tires. Next run out we dropped boost in first down to 17 psi and it held up ok, but when boost bumped in second, it free spun the wheels in second right into the limiter. We knocked down boost in second, and dropped the boost in first a bit as well. With stepped boost control, Eric managed a high 1.6 short time on just 15psi in first, 22 in second, and 26psi in third. Fatal problem? The clutch let go, which prevented a quicker time, but at least we were able to beat our previous best of 11.4 @ 120! Remember that this is still a full weight car (3900 w/o driver) with street tires and a full interior on road race suspension! VIDEO
